Natalie Younes

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Natalie - a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of 'The Listening Couch'.

I am dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgemental, and safe space where we can work together to navigate your therapeutic journey. My goal is to understand your difficulties, build on your strengths, and leave you feeling truly equipped to face whatever comes your way - one thing at a time.

My approach is gentle and compassionate. I take the time to truly understand you, your story, and what matters most to you. I'll listen deeply, and when the moment calls for it, I'll gently name what I notice - because having someone reflect back what they see can be one of the most valuable parts of the work. Above all, I believe that a strong, genuine therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and building that with you is always my first priority.

People come to therapy in their most vulnerable state - opening up their lives, their fears, and their innermost thoughts to another person. I hold that with the greatest care and respect, and I never lose sight of what a privilege it is to be trusted with it. Therapy is an empowering and fulfilling experience, and I believe it has the capacity to create real and lasting change in a person's life.

Beyond the couch

A little more about me

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me spending time with my Golden Retriever Ralph, exploring new food spots with friends, getting lost in a good book, and enjoying a scoop (or two) of gelato.
